Activeren van de Art and Stitch of QE-Pattern Finder software door het invoeren van uw naam, woonplaats, email adres en het Activation Serial Number (dat u ontving na uw registratie) plaatst deze informatie in een beveiligde database van Pulse Microsystems, Canada, het bedrijf dat onze Art and Stitch en QE-Pattern Finder software schrijft.

U heeft de volgende rechten t.a.v. uw persoonsgegevens die met uw Art and Stitch of QE-Pattern Finder account zijn verbonden: 
 

• Recht om vergeten te worden – U kunt uw persoonsgegevens altijd laten wissen (maar bedenk daarbij dat wij uw naam wel nodig hebben om u te kunnen helpen bij updates, activering, deactivering van het door u gekochte product).

Betalingen worden verwerkt door PayPal.com op een secure server, of via een bankoverschrijving.  Gebruikte credit card nummers zijn voor ons bedrijf niet zichtbaar en worden dus ook niet door ons opgeslagen. Bank informatie gebruikt door onze klanten voor het aanschaffen van onze software, wordt niet door ons opgeslagen.

Vermeld altijd het registratienummer dat op uw CD is geprint en zet "Privacy" in de onderwerpregel van uw email.

Wat betreft het "recht om vergeten te worden": Bedenk dat, wanneer een geregistreerde gebruiker zou verzoeken om vergeten te worden, wij de naam niet langer kunnen koppelen aan het gekochte product. Dat betekent dat wij de klant ook niet meer zouden kunnen helpen bij updates, activeren, deactiveren en opnieuw activeren van het gekochte geregistreerde product.

Hoelang wij de gegevens bewaren

De informatie van onze geregistreerde gebruikers wordt bewaard zolang de producten Art and Stitch, Pre-Design Studio en QE-Pattern Finder op de markt zijn.

De gegevens (naam en woonplaats) van personen die bij ons een probeerversie hebben aangevraagd, maar niet tot aankoop van het gedownloade product zijn overgegaan, worden na een jaar gewist.

De gegevens worden door ons niet gedeeld met andere partijen

De klantinformatie wordt nooit gedeeld met, of verkocht aan een andere partij en wordt uitsluitend gebruikt door Artistitch v.o.f.

Waar en waarom de gegevens worden opgeslagen

De informatie wordt opgeslagen in een beveiligde database.

We bewaren de gegevens van geregistreerde gebruikers voor het activeren van de Persoonlijke Gebruikerslicentie, om die licentie toe te wijzen aan de geregistreerde gebruiker en voor het bijhouden van de licentie van het door de geregistreerde gebruiker gekochte product . We bewaren de gegevens ook zodat we de gebruiker kunnen bijstaan (bijv. als de gebruiker de CD of Activeringscode kwijt is, als gebruiker een computer crash had).

Waar de gegevens voor gebruikt worden

Wij gebruiken de informatie om het gekochte product per post aan de klant te versturen en om de klant per email een activeringskey te sturen.  Klanten kunnen door ons worden benaderd als wij aanvullende vragen of informatie hebben.

Waar de persoonsgegevens die wij opslaan vandaan komen

De gegevens die wij opslaan komen binnen bij aankoop van een product en via de product registratie: onze klanten sturen ons een email met daarin hun naam en adresgegevens om daarmee hun kopie van onze software te registreren. Wij bewaren ook tijdelijk de gegevens van diegenen die een probeerversie van onze software aanvragen.

Via onze Art and Stitch, QE-Pattern Finder en Pre-Design Studio websites verzamelen wij geen persoons-gegevens:

Op onze websites staan geen formulieren waar informatie moet/kan worden ingevuld, geen tracking cookies, en dus geen Google-analytics activiteiten, we verzamelen geen IP adressen.

Attention Art and Stitch and QE-Pattern Finder users:

Activating the Art and Stitch or QE-Pattern Finder software by entering name, city, email address, and the Activation Serial Number (received after registration) into the form inside the software, will send the given information into a secure database at Pulse Microsystems, Canada, the software company that writes our Art and Stitch and QE-Pattern Finder software.

You should be aware of several rights that you have regarding the personal data associated with your ANS and/or QE-PF account:
 

• Right to be forgotten – You may permanently delete your personal data at any time (but please remember that we still need your name to maintain your Personal single user license / updates, activations, deactivations, reactivations).

• Right to access – You may inquire about your personal data at any time.

Be sure to use the word "privacy" in your subject line and please include the Registration Number printed on your product CD, so that we can quickly find you and respond to your request.

About the "right to be forgotten": Please note that if a registered customer would want to be forgotten that would implicate that we cannot keep the name information of a licensed product. And that would implicate that we cannot offer any assistance in updating, activating / deactivating and reactivating the registered / licensed product.

How long we're keeping the personal information

We keep the personal information of our registered users as long as our products Art and Stitch, Pre-Design Studio and QE-Pattern Finder are on the market, so that our registered users can update/activate/deactivate/reactivate their licensed product as long a the products exist.

The personal information (name, city and email address) of persons who have requested a download but did not purchase or register the product will be deleted a year after the download request.

The personal information is not shared with or sold to third parties

The personal information stays with us (Artistitch v.o.f.) and is never given or sold to anyone.

Where and for what purpose we save the personal information

This information is kept in a secure database for the purpose of activating the personal license, assigning and maintaining the Personal Single User License of the purchased product to the user.  We also need the information for customer support (e.g. if customers have lost their CD or Activation number, got a computer crash).

How we use the personal information

We use this information to send the purchased product to customer's physical address and we use customer's email address to send the Activation Key, assigning the Personal Single User License of the purchased product to the user. Customer's email address is also used to contact them when needed.

How we receive personal information

The personal information we save is supplied to us by our customers upon their purchase, or during the registration process of Art and Stitch, QE-Pattern Finder or Pre-Design Studio, or supplied by users who request a trial / download version of our software.  Registration of our software by our customers is done via email: customers email us contact information (name and address).

Please note: Through our websites Art and Stitch, QE-Pattern Finder and Pre-Design Studio we do not collect any personal information: There are no forms on our sites, we do not use tracking Cookies, Google Analytics, nor advertisements, we do not record IP addresses.
